Creating a page is free. Tipdrum’s platform fee is 2%–5%, depending on the payment method, with no monthly or setup fee. The exact fee and any payment provider charges are shown before payment.
Do my fans need an account?
No. Fans can send a tip with their email address and an optional message. Their receipt arrives by email.
How do I withdraw my earnings?
Manage your payout methods and withdraw your available balance from Earnings in your dashboard. Funds held for bookings or campaigns become available when their release conditions are met.
Can I use Tipdrum outside Ghana?
Tipdrum supports creators in Ghana. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. We’ll share updates as we expand to more countries.
Can I add a tip button to my website?
Yes. Copy the embed code from your dashboard into your site. Fans can open your tip checkout without leaving the page.
What if there’s a problem with a booking?
The deposit stays held until the client approves the work. Either side can raise an issue through the booking before the payment is released.
